I believe the answer should be B.

Reason being is in clause 2.4.2 the tolerance of 1.3.2 do not apply in a CONTINUOUS fillet weld.

This would lead me to table 1. Which specifically calls out CONTINUOUS FILLET WELD tolerance.

In this case case you are allowed equal to or less than an 1/8 undersized from the original 3/8 weld.

So would meet the requirements of 3/8
